I think this is quite a good little drawing! I tried sum like light reflections off the eyes. What do you think? Ohh gay i tried to make it better Marcello but i just messed it up more. ohh well you learn from your mistakes.

The coloring and shading is pretty good, but the form could use some work (perhaps more consistant eyes would help)
