There are still some things I have to fix like the background, but for right now, It's finished.

try adding a chin for one..... then use overl;ay layers to build up shading....\
and look up how to draw eyes....

I like the BG...the pink skull rules. hmmm maybe i should try drawing a skull? if you wanted to you could thin out your lineart it would make more shapley.

Ehhhhh... Tis ok.... The face could use some work.... There are websites that give tutorials on how to draw anime faces....

Also, you should draw in some tendons in the neck... It gives more dimension to the drawing.... :)
