This is my first attempt at a face and colouring stuff...i dont really like it. Got any tips to help me geddit betters? Thankyou!

The eye and eyelid are good.
Just put a bit more depth into it.
A little more contrast in the shades of the skin.
Some nice highlights on the cheek and eyebrow n'stuff.
Also....Don't leave white space...
