I like the concept. But I do think its kinda lopsided, like it was chasing parked cars. But as I said, I like the concept n.n Oh, and the yes, I like how you blurred the black in! *takes notes*

Cute. ^^ But I'd suggest it should have a bit rounder head. Now it seems kinda flat on the left side.
