Looks like an ice cream cone to me.

So yeah, maybe it was a quick doodle but even so some time might've been used to shade things up. Especially the windowbox of mr. Pizzaslice's seems out of perspect here.

Heh yeah it was a quick doodle, cracked me up so I just drew it as fast as I could, I will probably add some more detail into later...
