Really? Does anyone else see the dinosaur colored green? He is intended to be yellow, and on my monitor he lokos quite yellow.

it's a slightly greenish yellow bordering on light olive color.

nice design, but I don't like all the white bits, you should probably use layers or at least the mask tool then draw with a colored brush instead of fill. (basically never use flood fill)

I dont get layers...maybe someone can help me understand?

just imagine transparencies you can paint on and switch order of and move around, but with the added ability to draw on any of them. then imagine drwaing lineart on one layer, then coloring on another. coloring on a second layer won't touch the lineart on your first layer.
