oh! and how does one save one of these pictures? i hear of people saving'em all the time on oekaki, but i have no idea how -.-'

Right click on the image and do save image as or something... I forget how you do it on IE.

How about the print screen button so you can copy and paste it.

by 'saving as' wouldn't when the picture scrolls off or is deleted, wouldn't the picture that i saved disappear as well?

Um no, when you save it, it saves on your hard disk. Plus right now, images never 'scroll off' and are only deleted if they are a waste of everyone's time.
