Blur... then set large soft brush set to Difference medium tan Then set on large soft brush set to normal and to dodge tool color set on light green.... Then set on large Hard brush set to Difference medium blue

Then set medium size Soft brush on Saturation first with color medium green... then medium red (on each rub iover the pic a while till details pop

Then medium size soft brush set on normal set opacity mid range flow mid range and go over very lightly with sharpen tool and Voila!
