I feel physically better, and i'm losing weight. so must be getting better. I just ignore everything my doctors say about sinus, and diagnose myself.--and I get better! Turns out, many people use antihistemines too much, and nasal sprays, and dry their sinus into cardboard, cuz doctors tell you "use antihistemines a lot!"--they got mine so bad, i stopped doing what they told me.I put water in my sinus, steamed my nasal and bronchiall with steam maker, and stuck pure petroleum jelly up my nose. my sinus is so much better!!and i stopped all the antehistimine. wow! what a difference.i recommend it.
