It's a thing from The Neverending Story, so I guess I only mostly understand it, haha. :)

it looks like liquid milk dripping and splashing.oh, wait, I love that movie!!is it the princesses' (queens?) tower she lives in? sorry if I have trouble fitting it in.But that's a wonderful movie, sigh.whatever it is, exactly, very well painted.NICE!!
