that is so cute, and well done. Just like the old-fashioned pinups (which I think are a lot sexier then the modern ones) . There was a book out, one of those how to draw books with the softcover? By some Scottish pinup artist. "How to draw pinup girls", and I used it a lot. It was great. This is a great drawing, do you have some sources that have inspired you or you been studying it? Beautiful. Keep up the good work I love pinups.
(enjoydot, maybe you could get a girlfriend to model in her lingerie. Pay her something. She doesn't have to be gorgeous, you can put that in yourself. Some female friends are complemented, you ask them to model. You can always upgrade the picture, to improve their looks. But yes, it's great to have beautiful models. Are any figure drawing classes available to you, with younger models? But it's not the same thing is it. yes, I had to copy and use how to draw books references also.)
I have a book on Elvgren, its on display in my bookcase. One of my prized possessions.
@Dot, I have been looking into art classes, none that tickled my fancy a lot.
@Shell, not so much as a problem with drawing from drawings, I've done quite a few, it'd just be so nice to use real people and see how much I could improve (or the opposite)
