My gosh, this is beautiful. I'd think long and hard before I'd change anything. The tusks may not be anatomically correct but I like it because it gives the image an abstract feeling. It seems that many of your paintings exist in a place between abstract and figurative.

i like it.....perhaps a hint of texture on the tusks..

with the quality and originality of your work I would think you could make some money selling your work

It's not necessary to try to change the tusks to make them "this or that", "correct" anything, or whatever.... it's obviously not meant to be realism. It's surreal and dreamy, then the tusks give it a sharp edginess I like. Kind of like the personality of elephants, so sweet and loyal, family oriented, but when threatened can be extremely vicious, enacting intelligently planned revenges, even. I love ephalumps, love the picture.
