Hot water, lots of bleach, and the "Extra soiled" cycle usually takes care of it.

Select saturation as the mixing mode for your brush, then paint with gray over everything.

Well! I see a couple sets of breasts, a few rear ends, several penis heads, one is being held by a hand and the other looks like it needs to be under a Dr's care, and one great, big, aroused vagina. If you're drawing without a ref, Flubbles, then you're drawing from your mind...and you have a very busy mind! ;p I like the colors and lighting.
