They are too complex. Most things I am doing by guessing, but often hit on button that does not work. The mouse also sucks in drawing, I can't even write clearly using it. Can't find decent website that explains them either clearly. I am not good with technical computer stuff, and there being too much complexity, it is too difficult to use. I am having snotty anime copy-cat artists make nasty comments on my drawings.

You might try adjusting your mouse settings (speed, acceleration) and see if it gives you more control. In general, though, drawing with a mouse will be a lot slower than drawing on paper, but you'll get faster with practice. Alternatively, you can invest in a graphics tablet if you plan on doing lots of drawing.
