Okay, maybe we have a lot of traffic and cars, and stuff like that, but you notice that the smog is very GREEN, with a little blue at the bottom. That means, it's spring, everything is blooming. Less rain (once in awhile.)they just tell you, "stay indoors and don't breathe."
