Snappy and snazzy. Makes me want to whip up some Manhattans and have the neighbours in for cocktails. Chibi is my favourite drawing program for many things, though my wish list would include a scale option and many, many more texture filters. Art teachers could use this picture as an example of perfect foreground, middleground and background focus.
