I think most of the time i'm too busy with my colours, i might try picking a few simple colours like this when doing my next portrait.

You don't have to use color sliders, that would be unbearably tedious. Open the colour picker by clicking on the 5th box down in the toolbox. Make yourself a palette if you want, then just right click on a color to use it. I like your drawing very much.

Thanks Teapot! I realized that as I was working on something else at a later date, but I am glad that you were able to point it out to me too! I clicked on it and the colors all came up, and it was one of those moments where I went, 'Oh, well that's helpful!'
