dave, in chibi I used the pen tool, size set at 1. Below the brush size, opacity, color, etc...options is a 'scattering' option. I set that at 1000%. I set the Spacing option at it's lowest setting, and I vary the opacity levels depending.....that's it! Thanks again! I may try more...
