I can't describe what fried eggplant slices taste like.....it's got a taste of it's own......absolutely delicious! You slice up an eggplant, and then you dip the slices in a beaten egg, then you dip them in some breadcrumbs, and then you fry them till they look golden brown.....then sit back and "enjoy"!!!! It's been a long time since I've eaten any, and this pic makes me want some right now!!! "lol"!! :)

Your eggplants look good enough to eat, I love them on the grill, seasoned to perfection, mmmmmm, now I'm hungry too.
