i was testing shading.
umm... its like a little red ball and its shadow....
yeah i know its crap... even if it is my first.

Try darker reds on the ball near the bottom and a good highlight to show where the light is coming from. Clean up the pic and give it some depth and you should be able to make it look better.

Trust me i understand. ive been working on this site for a while and i am just getting the hang of using a mouse. I still can't do line art at all. it comes out looking like i have the shakes or something when i try
