This is nice.....it reminds me of a time, many years ago, when I got to go for a ride in a horse drawn Amish buggy. A very nice young Amish man gave my daughter and I a ride in one of their buggys......it was fun. That's a memory that I won't forget. Awesome draw!!! :)
This is quite lovely...When I used to go visit my sister at Myrtle Beach..I always stopped in this little town called Turbeyville and bought chocolates and fudge from the Amish families there...
When i look at this i realise that sometimes by going into alot of detail you lose the magic of the light... and maybe i should concentrate on capturing the feeling of a photo rather than getting carried away with the detail all the time.
"Lol" "Flubadub".....if cyclops wants to take me for a ride in his buggy.....I'd be more than happy to oblige him..... he does resemble an Amish man...."lol"!! "Amish people rock"!!! Lolz!! :P
It was interesting to watch the animation. I don't think I've seen pressure sensitivity used before..how does that happen with so thin a line running into thick? The forms look very relaxed but they are deliberate blocks and patches of color. It was fun to watch. Just shows how easy you make it look....all the right patches of color and line make such a beautiful result. I love this one.
*Think about it, Bob. You're right, this feels like magic.
It is such a gift to look at your work... you had mentioned your Father had a gift for art as well on one of your beautiful pictures. I truely hope you work traditionally and find all of the success that you deserve.
