still needs improvement my hands got tired using the mouse, I wish I had more time and a pen tablet. :D Tried my best at it

Well, you've got a great imagination...and a skilled mouse hand...so I'd have to say......YES< U NEED A TABLET! This reminds me of illustrations in many classic children's books! Nice work and welcome!
