Kannabi no Mikoto from AIR TV. Put at 13+ because she's naked ._. But I didn't put it as 18+ because she's all bundled up and doesn't show anything.

I need practice with wings, rofl. And the HAIR! It took SO LONG to color, you don't even know. Lol. But no, I didn't spend that long on this one. x.x I was doing stuff while drawing, so yeah.
