I like the chibipaint aplication. Even better than the shi painter. And apparently it also has the nice little animation thingy, wich is cool. And it does indeed make nice chibies! XD

The chibipaint animations don't work well for some reason. (happens to me)
Chibipaint is my favorite too. It's the only one with the smoothing, smudge, and rotating canvas tool! :D
