The top and her hair are a bit of a let-down, if you look at her face you see much more detail. If the edges were as clean, this would be really nice to look at. Now it's just nice...

I think I understand what you are saying, If I outline the hair it would make a crisp look?

I think it would already be crisper, if you used an eraser to erase the fuzzy edges and make it smoother.
