Do you remember painting with poster paint in school (or at home, if you had real nice parents) and making a mess of it?
Somewhere in the middle it looked good, but then you (or maybe just me) kept mucking about and ended up with a painting with brown spoldges.
I remember doing that as well, enjoy! We artists never know when to quit! LOL With chibi, the mucky colors don't happen as quickly as real paint and paint pushing is very addicting! This is fun, lively, and colorful, dave! Am I invited to your chibiparty?? I promise to bring my own bottle....opps, I meant brush...I promise to bring my own brush! =o
Ah yes Enjoy.com, will never forget my brown master pieces. I never know when to quit. Reminds me that I was in a Kindergarten class yesterday and the teacher had hung thier art work from the cieiling. It was abstract watercolors. What amazed me tho, was that the colours were very pastel and no scrubbing and no browns. She must have been standing over them with a ruler to get them to not keep overlapping colours because they were beautiful. It was at a magnet technology school and she said that when it went that route the admin told her there would not be time for her students to paint any more. She told them I WILL FIND TIME for them to paint. Children NEED to piant. BRAVO for good teachers that understand these things.
