I did an upside down picture once..It was a little difficult for me..but you have managed to pull it off nicely..

If you scroll the drawing up and down real fast it looks like she pounding her head :)
this is a cool drawing, the nose and lips are what stick out for me.

What you do is, draw then you rotate it so its upside down.Thats the simple way.
