Im sorry but that looks nothing lke mr jingles, for a start mr jingles was a grey mouse.

Sorry "Flub".....it's been a long time since I saw that movie.....I forgot what color "Mr Jingles" was. Anyway.....the "green" man and the mouse made me think of the "The Green Mile". :P
