Still not done. Working on it, also decided to change the character design a bit (hair was originally auburn with blue streaks, but is now just light brown).

Added some shading on the neck, changed lash color and shape, made colors for the poncho/cape thingy...

Added collar of the cape/poncho thing, shading on the neck, colors for gold trim made and applied to the collar.

Added cape and the shading for the cape. Going to fix the shoulders and some shading next.

Finally finished!
