I understand Bush will become a Walmart greeter
Axil62 (Nov 8, 2008)
So, what you're saying then is that you think Bush will become a loser.
Miss_DJ (Nov 8, 2008)
poppalag, you know I like ya, but I think that's a disrespectful thing to say about our President.
Meatcake (Nov 8, 2008)
"...I think that's a disrespectful thing to say about our President."

unless my sarcasm detector has just failed majorly:

I get the feeling somehow that disrespecting was the point...
Axil62 (Nov 8, 2008)
Uh yeah, we know what the point was, Captain Obvious.
Meatcake (Nov 8, 2008)
Well excuse me princess.
Kloxboy (Nov 8, 2008)
You call that disrespect? Dave's being nice. And actually, Bush is hardly a loser, he's one of the ultimate winners of the decade, if not the century. He achieved almost every goal he set out to do as president, with exception of some minor failures. The only problem was while he was winning, America was losing.

Now...let's do this right!

Bush is a lowlife, selfish, warmongering, junkie, coke head, drunk, redneck, racist, Jesus freak, stupid, dip-shit, spoiled, egotistical, arrogant, ignorant, republican, conservative, no good, no honor, no respect FUCKTARD OF THE UNIVERSE!

And like Dave, I'm being nice too. :)

Understanding Obama: The Making of a Fuehrer By Ali Sina

I must confess I was not impressed by Sen. Barack Obama from the first time I saw him. At first I was excited to see a black candidate. He looked youthful, spoke well, appeared to be confident - a wholesome presidential package. I was put off soon, not just because of his shallowness but also because there was an air of haughtiness in his demeanor that was unsettling. His posture and his body language were louder than his empty words. Obama's speeches are unlike any political speech we have heard in American history. Never a politician in this land had such a quasi 'religious' impact on so many people. The fact that Obama is a total incognito with zero accomplishment, makes this inexplicable infatuation alarming. Obama is not an ordinary man. He is not a genius. In fact he is quite ignorant on most important subjects. Barack Obama is a narcissist. Dr. Sam Vaknin, the author of the Malignant Self Love, also believes, 'Barack Obama appears to be a
narcissist.'

Vaknin is a world authority on narcissism. He understands narcissism and describes the inner mind of a narcissist like no other person. When he talks
about narcissism everyone listens. Vaknin says that Obama's language, posture and demeanor, and the testimonies of his closest, dearest and
nearest suggest that the Senator is either a narcissist or he may have narcissistic personality disorder (NPD).

Narcissists project a grandiose but false image of themselves. Jim Jones, the charismatic leader of People's Temple, the man who led over 900 of his followers to cheerfully commit mass suicide and even murder their own children was also a narcissist. David Koresh, Charles Manson, Joseph Koni, Shoko Asahara, Stalin, Saddam, Mao, Kim Jong Ill and Adolph Hitler are a few examples of narcissists of our time. All these men had a tremendous influence over their fa nciers. They created a personality cult around themselves and with their blazing speeches elevated their admirers' souls, filled their hearts with enthusiasm and instilled in their minds a new zest for life. They gave them hope! They promised them the moon, but alas, invariably they brought them to their doom. When you are a victim of a cult of personality, you don't know it until it is too late.

One determining factor in the development of NPD is childhood abuse. 'Obama's early life was decidedly chaotic and replete with traumatic and mentally bruising dislocations,' says Vaknin. 'Mixed-race marriages were even less common then. His parents went through a divorce when he was an infant (two years old). Obama saw his father only once again, before he died in a car accident. Then, his mother re-married and Obama had to relocate to Indonesia: a foreign land with a radically foreign culture, to be raised by a step-father. At the age of ten, he was whisked off to live with his m aternal (white) grandparents. He saw his mother only intermittently in the following few years and then she vanished from his life in 1979. She died of cancer in 1995.'

One must never underestimate the manipulative genius of pathological narcissists. They project such an imposing personality that it overwhelms those around them. Charmed by the charisma of the narcissist, people become like clay in his hands. They cheerfully do his bidding and delight to be at his service. The narcissist shapes the world around himself and reduces others in his own inverted image. He creates a cult of personality. His admirers become his co-dependents.

Narcissists have no interest in things that do not help them to reach their personal objective. They are focused on one thing alone and that is power. All other issues are meaningless to them and they do not want to waste their precious time on trivialities. Anything that does not help them is beneath them and do not de se rve their attention. If an issue raised in the Senate does not help Obama in one way or another, he has no interest in it. The 'present' vote is a safe vote. No one can criticize him if things go wrong. Why should he implicate himself in issues that may become controversial when they don't help him personally? Those issues are unworthy by their very nature because they are not about him.

Obama's election as the first black president of the Harvard Law Review led to a contract and advance to write a book about race relations. The University of Chicago Law School provided him with a fellowship and an office to work on his book. The book took him a lot longer than expected and at the end it devolved into., guess what? His own autobiography! Instead of writing a scholarly paper focusing on race relations, for which, he had been paid, Obama could not resist writing about his most sublime self. He entitled the book Dreams from My Father .

Not surprisingly, Ad olp h Hitler also wrote his own autobiography when he was still nobody. So did Stalin. For a narcissist no subject is as important as his own self. Why would he waste his precious time and genius writing about insignificant things when he can write about such an august being as himself? Narcissists are often callous and even ruthless. As the norm, they lack conscience. This is evident from Obama's lack of interest in his own brother who lives on only one dollar per month. A man who lives in luxury, who takes a private jet to vacation in Hawaii, and who has raised nearly half a billion dollars for his campaign (something unprecedented in history) has no interest in the plight of his own brother. Why? Because, his brother cannot be used for his ascent to power. A narcissist cares for no one but himself.

This election is like no other in the history of America. The issues are insignificant compared to what is at stake. What can be more dangerous than having a man bereft of conscience, a serial liar, and one who cannot distinguish his fantasies from reality as the leader of the free world?

I hate to sound alarmist, but one must be a fool if one is not alarmed. Many politicians are narcissists. They pose no threat to others.. They are simply self serving and selfish. Obama evinces symptoms of pathological narcissism, which is different from the run-of-the-mill narcissism of a Richard Nixon or a Bill Clinton, for example. To him reality and fantasy are intertwined. This is a mental health issue, not just a character flaw. Pathological narcissists are dangerous because they look normal and even intelligent. It is this disguise that makes them treacherous.

Today the Democrats have placed all their hopes in Obama. But this man could put an end to their party. The great majority of blacks have also decided to vote for Obama. Only a fool does not know that their support for him is racially driven.

Let us call a spade a spad e. This is racism, pure and simple. The truth is that while everyone carries a misconceived collective guilt towards the blacks for wrongs done centuries ago by a bygone people to a bygone people, the blacks carry a collective rancor, enmity or vendetta towards non-blacks and to this day want to 'stand up' to the white man.. They seem to be stuck in 19th century.

The downside of this is that if Obama turns out to be the disaster I predict, he will cause widespread resentment among the whites. The blacks are unlikely to give up their support of their man. Cultic mentality is pernicious and unrelenting. They will dig their heads deeper in the sand and blame Obama's detractors of racism. This will cause a backlash among the whites. The white supremacists will take advantage of the discontent and they will receive widespread support. I predict that in less than four years, racial tensions will increase to levels never seen since the t urbul ent 1960s. Obama will set the clock back decades.America is the bastion of freedom. The peace of the world depends on the strength of America, and its weakness translates into the triumph of terrorism and victory of rogue nations. It is no wonder that Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez, the Castrists, the Hezbollah, the Hamas, the lawyers of the Guantanamo terrorists and virtually all sworn enemies of America are so thrilled by the prospect of their man in the White House. America is on the verge of destruction. There is no insanity greater than electing a pathological narcissist as president.
QTgillie (Nov 8, 2008)
Axil,
That is quite a synopses of our forth coming president. Let us hope that this writer is not correct and our leaders put thier differences aside and heal this country. I try to look at the positive and not the negative. I find it is better for my psyche than looking for ways to self destruct. I must admit that I have had thoughts about his failure and the ramifications that might occur if that happens. Let's hope he is a success at beginning our countries' surge to better days ahead.
Aakyra (Nov 8, 2008)
The simplicity of issues such as the failure to produce a birth certificate.... the redistribution of wealth ... , two very simple examples of what any American should question lends credence to what Axil has reported. How can so many people ignore these points. This man has demonstrated to me that he is a dangerous narcissist. He has the effect of a pied piper on people. I find very strong credible corolations in the above report to what I feel and fear could happen under this man's leadership. Time will tell. Unfortunately, in this case the risk for potentail disasterous consequences does not permit me to entertain optimism.
Miss_DJ (Nov 9, 2008)
...guess by comparison, Bush is lookin pretty rosy.
QTgillie (edited Nov 9, 2008)
OMG....there is not any way any possibility any fathom of sanity that Bush will EVER EVER EVER look rosy. MY GOD, he has eight years of demonstrating his incompetance and has shown that he is the worst president this country has had in its entire history. Obama has not had one day in office and you are already condemning the man to failure. Please please please, let us heal. I for one am looking for better days ahead.

finally someone on here can set aside their obama first impressions and wait to see what he does as president.
jpjp1052 (edited Nov 9, 2008)
I just don't want to hear any complaining from you libs when any or all of the following happens under BHO:
1) Another terrorist attack (possibly nuclear) on our soil.
2) You lose your job because your employer was taxed.
3) You pay more at the store for everything because the corporations raised prices due to taxes.
4) You have to stand in line for healthcare or receive inferior care or receive care too late because of the universal healthcare system.
5) You pay Peggy Joseph's gas bill & mortgage http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6ikOxi9yYk

And for those of you who missed it, here is the most recent "spread the wealth around" quote taken IN context (I think he meant it). http://www.breitbart.tv/?p=195153
Miss_DJ (edited Nov 9, 2008)
not any way any possibility any fathom of sanity that Bush will EVER EVER EVER look rosy

The ONLY reason I said what I said, QT, is that is the narcissistic reign of Obama goes down ANYTHING like what is described above, President Bush would look rosy by comparison.

Let us also remember, people....it is NOT just ONE MAN that runs this country...it is the Congress as well. After 911, many of you were praising Bush for his decisions, including that of going to war, which of course cost our country a LOT of money and lives.

So before you describe President Bush with downright disgusting disrespect as Klox did above, you might take a look at the bigger picture and see that he is just one man, not an entire white house, and certainly not solely responsible for the state of the country as it stands today.

ps...look at the Birth Certificate of another man born 2 yrs later in Hawaii....and you'll see that it in no way looks anything like the one Obam a manufactured.

http://snarkybytes.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/hawaii-birth-certificate-1963.jpg

Also, in 1961, no-one referred to a RACE of someone's father as AFRICAN. It would say NEGRO.

lori (Nov 9, 2008)
this is all getting very redundant
twit (edited Nov 9, 2008)
well lori what else would you expect from politics? anyway, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xJCaw3Pmf0 my favorite song now.
QTgillie (edited Nov 9, 2008)
THANKS TWIT....THAT WAS GREAT!!

And I repeat. There is NOTHING that would make President Bush look rosey. The only possibility for him would be to be the second worst president in US history and that is a stretch. The court system verified that certificate. Now our courts are all in Obama's pocket???? Lets please give him a chance. McCain said it best, that we need to come together and work as one nation now:

"Senator Obama and I have had and argued our differences, and he has prevailed. No doubt, many of those differences remain. These are difficult times for our country, and I pledge to him tonight that I will do all in my power to help him lead us through the many challenges we face," McCain said. "I urge all Americans who supported me to join not only in congratulating him, but offering our next president our good will and honest effort to find the necessary compromises to bridge our differences."

Yes he is just one man and he will have many to help him. That is why our country has the checks and balances that it has. Just be sure that we do live in the best country in this world. We need to succeed, not only for our country, but for the world. Let's work together and quit pointing fingers, especially before anything has even been done to warrant pointing at.

Miss_DJ (Nov 9, 2008)
Let's all talk again about all this in 2 years. That discussion should be MUCH more interesting for all of us. Anybody feel like drawing? lol
QTgillie (Nov 9, 2008)
Yes Miss DJ, let's do that!!
Miss_DJ (edited Nov 9, 2008)
sounds good to me, Qt! :o)
Cameo (Nov 19, 2008)
Amen to Miss DJ!!! Do some of you realize that Obama has been called 'The Messiah'? I will give him the chance he deserves, but it will take him more than 1 term of Presidency to straighten the mess out. Quite frankly Obama scares me!
xiau (Nov 19, 2008)
Let's all talk again about all this in 2 years. That discussion should be MUCH more interesting for all of us. Anybody feel like drawing?

THIS.
Seriously, guys, we're getting nowhere with this argument at the moment.
MARLONSEPPALA (Dec 10, 2008)
Hi QTgillie, The speach McCain made sums up an Arizonan, If you don't learn how to walk easy through the Desert. Trying to win by running and screaming will only bring you to your end sooner. I voted for McCain but oh well let's go ahead without yelling and screaming. America and the rest of the World has been without a goal since 1969. This energy thing might be just the ticket. Would rather it was from private business instead of Big brother Government. by the way can we still say " Big Brother is watching Us " and not be Politically Incorrect ?
