Contest Week 81: Painting With Absinthe Eyes

Paint a photo in Van Gogh's style. Please include a link to your photo in the entry description or e-mail me your photo file and I'll make a link for you (my e-mail is located under the Van Gogh painting). You may paint anything but sunflowers. This contest will require you to do a little research on Van Gogh's style, there is a list of resources below. You're welcome to pick from any of his periods to reference from. Your goal is to reproduce Van Gogh's style the best you can from the photo you paint from.

Creativity: The amount of imagination, originality and expressiveness that was put into the entry.
Technique & Effort: The amount of style, skill and craft that was put into the entry.
Following the theme: How well the entry followed the theme of the contest.
