As far as critique, he lacks muscle mass, his head is a bit smushy too, dont be afraid to give your cartoons foreheads, its a killer at your skill level I know, but muscle tones, and foreheads are a big part of cartoons.
Also, more chins too, I understand that not all cartoons are "chinny", as I like to put it. The picture could definatly use more chin though, not dagger-chin, just chin.

Actually, as an uke he wouldn't have many muscles, they're generally very girlie.

"CHIBI" is SD.... when I don't draw them in the comic, I tend to make my chibi's like this... no chin, big cheeks, no forehead, gigantic head in general and huge eyes. *puts hand up* That is part one why he has no muscular density. The other is really just because he's girly, and uh.... normal. He ain't all that strong, and one of my friends bodys' like this.... But.... yes, I need to work on muscles anyway.
