are you sure it's your tablet? One article I read said people who use a tablet in place of a mouse for everything (like I do) are at less risk for wrist problems. I would believe that, since I regularly use my tablet for many hours every day without problem. Maybe the position of your tablet on your desk is making you hold your arm at a strange angle or height?
