The Doctor operates a small, hidden from authorities abortion clinic, in which he invites underage, victimized or vulnerable pregnant women which he uses as preys. After he removes their fetuses with unsterilized, rusty equipment (and sometimes only with his bare hands) he sacrifices their unborn babies to the Dark Gods. Then he is able to bestow life to his monstrous creations. He usually uses the remaining women as body parts for future creations, or he just feeds them to his older creations.
