I think you should make the face more...chubbier in the cute way? Oh yeah, and make the eyes more Yugiohish and his goggles are grey but otherwise, you improved! Oh yes, and remeber to shade on the goggles and the hair. |

it's pretty nice looking, but try using layers. this would look much better if you did.

take your time on it too. if you look at the lines they aren't completely poportional. work on that. if you don't like the line you made, then try it again until you like it. but layers are definatly something i suggest as well! they make a huge diference
