Elephant's Eye

I sort of used this picture http://www.ourwildride.com/africa/photogallery/Photos/Elephant%20eye.jpg to copy from, although it probably doesn't look too much like it. Lol. I'm not finished, I haven't got the skin right. But I'm not sure how to do it.... Any suggestions? :S

Just a little experiment on doing the texture of clouds and stuff then I added the rainbow... it doesn't look very good though... But it's all done now...
