It's like mermaid week! Woo! I'd do one but I already have an old one from who knows when. This is much better though. Hair looks like its gunna be coolexscuse the crappy face and everything else

inspired by a screencap from the movie of 'girl with the pearl earring'http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/2668/gwtpe0hj.jpg my computer is weird, makes things look dark and sometimes bright..
i thought i was dealing with a black blackground etc, but now i see its blue XD looks a bit weird but i guess workable :P
