you can print screen and put it on Paint if you have microsoft word, it always comes with it.

or you can just do it in paint.

You need to send, but you don't need to publish to save, just click submit and you'll see the image, from that point on you can already save image to your computer. And then you can delete, but if you ask me, why save to your computer if you think it's bad.
