Got the idea from an advertisment.After watching some animations..I decided to give Oekaki a go..and I really like it. Feels more akin with me..lol Anyway hope you like this. If you don't..then tough cuz I do..lol :D

Have always loved sunflowers, they make me think of summer..original composition.

I'm with you suzie,..summer it is! Very pretty sunflower. It's nice to see some summery colors with all that bleak snow outside..I wanted to finish it up as if it was in crayon. Also still trying to get the hang of shading techniques.

First layer is bg, then seaweed for two layers then fish & coral on another and water marks on the last. Just see what the layers are all about. Got to try it out or I won't know! :D

Layers are great..in Lascaux you can click and drag them over or under something...many do the main subject first and then draw the background and drag it under..very useful for protecting parts you like and trying new stuff on top (they do eat space, though!)
