Venom's torso should be much much larger than that, his head should be like a ping-pong ball compared to his body.

Search for a venom pic on google, he's drawn in a lot of styles.

I suggest you make the shoulders wider though, it does look out of proportion with his legs.
The legs do look a little too long for the rest of the body too, might want to adjust that.
good start though

This is Venom after getting kicked in the crotch by old Mr. Spiderman. Legs are too big, torso is too slim and what ever "it" is, he doesn't have it.
