OC means "Other character" or "Origonal Character" often fitting into a cannon world, or anime.To the artist- very nice~

Or it can mean "Original Character", though I haven't heard of "Origonal Character" before. [Just joking, sorry to annoy you!]Yes, it's a nice picture, though I would have given it a ten if you hadn't coloured (yes, colour instead of color) in the hair. |
