A doodle. An inside joke. If you value your sanity, it's probably best not to ask.

Yay for crappy backgrounds! And I couldn't decide on a base color, so you can see a male and female color scheme by clicking v. 3 and v. 2 respectively. No! Of course I didn't do this just to draw those big beautiful ears and those gorgeous color markings! Now for the encyclopedia-like description!

Eurlets (YER-lit) are the docile, anatomically impossible creatures that Garden Gnomes can somehow communicate telepathically with. Until recently (it was only recently discovered that they could communicate), Eurlets were thought to be the most ignorant species on earth. When frightened by a predator, they would run for fifty yards at most, then just come to a complete stop, meeting their demise. Knowing this, it's not surprising that their numbers were rapidly decreasing in the wild (some would even die in zoos, leaping over fences and such). But these deaths weren't caused by stupidity, it turns out that Eurlets happen to be the most unselfish and generous creatures on earth. They would run from their attacker at first, but then start to think that perhaps that lion had a family at home, a wife and three small children, one had a limp and couldn't keep up with the other children. And perhaps he had just lost his job and they were all starving, and the youngest would cry and cry and ask why they didn't have any food. The Eurlet would then give itself up for the poor, starving family that usually didn't exist. It's also because of their generousity that they're more than happy to tote the gnomes wherever they please in Eurlet Chariots. These chariots aren't crafted by the gnomes of course. The Eurlet Chariot industry is run by a completely different race. The chariots run in a wide variety of models. Off-road, on-road, sport/luxury. Above we see a standard on-road chariot on a really crappy road that runs through really crappy hills under a really crappy sky.

I meant the brown thing behind her back. Is that her hair or a cape? And regardless of how warm the Carribbean is, a pirate would not run around in nothing but a hot pink bra and a belt.
Shenzi13 (Sep 22, 2005)
That would be her hair...And the Carribbean is just one place she goes too...She just likes hangin'out there a lot...
So...does that mean you want me to put more clothes on her? I can easily arrange that.
silvercoyote (Sep 27, 2005)
Yes, that means I want you to put more clothes on her.
Shenzi13 (Sep 28, 2005)
XD Aye Aye Captain!^^ Don't worry...I' changing her look anyway.

It's been one of those days. But I honestly don't know where this came from. I hate it when symbols show up in my art and I didn't purposely put them there/don't know what they mean. It's okay sometimes when they're just subtle little things, but when something pops up, wacks you on the head with a bat and says "THERE'S A SYMBOL HERE DAMMIT!" it's just sort of annoying.

LOL, I hate those days, awesome drawing! very cool. Most of all i love the symbol. ^^
TaCO (Sep 5, 2005)
It's a simple drawing, but It has alot of Emotion.
silvercoyote (Sep 5, 2005)
Thanks. It's odd that it has emotion, since I was just sort of "bleh" as I drew it.

Do you believe in the Apocalypse?
friend (Sep 5, 2005)
Global warming, Glaciers melt and sea levels rise, hole in the Ozone layer, Asteroids wipping out the planet, another galaxy crashing into ours, Extra Terrestrials invading, plague, nuclear warfare, Overpopulation, or the Devil. Do you believe any of those theories could cause the earth to be destroyed?

Not bad. It looks a little sharp in a few places though... might want to dull them up a bit. Just my a opinion.

Beginner! No way! This is awesome! Water would be hard to draw. I've never tried though.
