It feels to me like the eye's supposed to be the other way.. I dont know why... maybecause the shadow on our right looks like a nose to me. |

I don't think you can. The 'frozen' effect, near the head, is really nice, as well as the bg. But I think you should make the head larger (to the top) cause it kinda looks like it was chopped off.

I like it.. colors flow nicely, and there are a lot of them. I wonder if the lines looking like eyes and nose are intentional.
