:O you're so brave! I have hair that grows down past my bum and I can never bring myself to chop it off (I've never cut my hair in my life. Reason: mum was too lazy to take my sister nor I to the hairdressers, haha! And it's stayed like that forever!)

most I ever cut off was 24 inches. I donated it to cancer kids for a wig, cause why not. My stupid beastly mop grows like a weed anyway. I grew back most of the stuff in about a year. Your picture came out neat by the way. I have problems with hair. |

You know you spend too much time drawing when you have a dream about drawing here. And about losing the drawing, crying, and saving it. This was more or less the picture I drew in my dream... what I can remember of it.

Yeah this is great, once again. You reminded me about this dream i had a some weeks ago about painting some crazy thing. I'll be sure to draw it here, maybe with my new Graphire3 that i should soon pick up! ^.^EDIT: And i just remembered the picture in my dream also had a purple background =O Maybe it's a Gemini thing ;)

I like how the glow looks like it has little sparks in it, like it has its own life. More than that there's streaks through the glow, not just a simple blend of color, and those three things build up to a very dynamic effect. Then, being on the cold blue background, these glows gain further life through their dynamic nature by resisting the cold and insisting on maintaining their identities. Each of these four groups in this image have become like their own beings, like some alien lifeform floating through space.

O.O you put a lot more thought into this than I did! ;) it started with a black background, then I added the blues with a low transparancy brush. I did the bright colors with the dodge tool... or the brush set on dodge, blurred it, went over it with low opacity and low "d" 1pt lines. then the airbrush with a "d" of 4 and went over it with an eraser with a "d" of 24.

panda, the main reason why the filesize is huge is probably because a lot of airbrush was used. Nice drawing, shudson. I like sparklies. heheh |

This is quite good.. it kinda feels upside down for me , or something, I guess because the shadows are on the top?

It's mostly a picture I took from the inside of a car looking out so the raindrops are on the outside and the dark parts ended up on top.
