I don't really know what manga is, but this is a nice cartoony style drawing. Is manga Japanese cartoons?

Sort of. Anime is Japanese animation, while manga is more the Japanese equivalent of comic books, as I understand it. |

Just practicing trying to draw shoes without references since I have a horrible time drawing shoes and feet.

cool, it looks good, only thing i would suggest is that you make the front part of the shoe "turn up" more. I don't know if that will make it look better or not, might just make it look cartoonish...

Funny thing I noticed about feet and shoes, they can be really difficult on the perspective side (for me, anyway). I think it's pretty smart of you to be using that as a practice subject. A baby shoe! :)

i REAAAALLLLY need to play some amtgard, made a new sword and everything, now to just finish my garb.guess ill make some cardboard armor for now... see how that all works.

Brytani: Too cold?!? I wore a t-shirt and sweatpants to Amtgard all winter and I occasionally took of my shoes, I'm the reason that Kate won't bring corn-on-the-cob anymore, and I walked into the creek just 4 weeks ago.
