You could make it more detailed. People usually make bigger pics and them shrink them down 2 make them an icon...I think your icon should be anime, seeing as you are the anime_girl.

Just the pen tool, set on line and 2pixel. If you want it even dark and more solid, raise the grey slide bar to max... I think.
