This is my rendition of Enkidu, the beastman, from the Epic of Gilgamesh. It's the oldest piece of literature in the world, a story about the demi-god King of the Mesopotamian city Uruk, Gilgamesh. Unchallenged by mere mortals, and bored/lonley with the workings of human life, he opresses his people. To resolve matters, the gods cast a lump of clay into the wild, which became Enkidu. Enkidu grew up among the creatures of the forest, and fought against the human hunters who sought to hurt his friends.

– latest 4:Eventually, Gilgamesh and Enkidu meet, they proceed to beat the crap out of eachother and then become bestest friends. The blue lioncloth is on layer 0, I put it there because I was really, really didn't want to draw the erm...man parts, and the picture looked strange with a big empty spot. So if you want, you can delete it. I hope there's someone out there who loves coloring muscles as much as I love drawing them! |

– latest 4:I wanted to draw a girl in a pretty dress, and color it in with pastels; when I remembered that I can't really color that well. Then I remembered YOU, 2draw.net! You can color it for me! I haven't been to 2draw, or any oekaki boards for a long time...so this piece is a bit rusty. I' someone'd like to color it for me though, I'd be really appreciative. If you give the monster a human head, he'll give you a wish. Pretty sweet deal, right? safety save

It's always good to know how to get a head. Nice to see you back

The girl and the dress are so very pretty, but that head is quite disturbing. Now why would you add a gruesome head to such a beautiful picture? LOL Oh....ok I just read the description, now I understand. Sorry |
