Today we had our first colored watercolor activity and I had so much fun!We did rocks and lots of other still-life paintings. It was hard for me to get used to a water medium since I was used to a oil and pastel ones ^^ Anyway...This was supposed to be an animated version of me (with my poor hairstyle) I try to imagince that that drawings come to life since water gives life. XD I know it sounds cheesy XP The brush I was using was a bamboo one cos i don't have watercolor brushes from before. |

I'm glad the.... misunderstanding is over. I knew he looked familiar, I didn't think Warhol. He actually looks like a friend of mine, wig and all, only he's prettier (my friend) I like the smooshy look you got with the paint.

The painting is just awesome! The colors are not too rough and not too smooth, almost like wood. I don't really visualize the body but I get the sense of "heat" just surrounding it. :D |

I look at this and think of a Pheonix rising from the flames. I know it's cliche but I can actually see it in the streams of flames. I just love how you make your paint strokes look thick and substantial. Did that make sense? :)

mmm i love the flow and movement. when i was little(er) I used to spend hours dropping food colouring in water and watching the patterns of the die swirling around. this reminds me of that. |

Hey 2Draw ... it's Dr.Snoopy. The one who left you with nasty words.I want to say sorry for what I said a few months ago. It was wrong to insult everyone, especially Dave didn't deserve such a lowering treatment. I was just really annoyed by all these seemingly pointless comments I read here and especially on DeviantArt. Some personal problems were also a reason for my overreactions. I hope we can sort things out, because I actually enjoy this place. ;)
