This cuaght my eye immediately. I'm very suprized i've never seen it before now.
Definely an eye cetching picture.
KGH (Feb 20, 2008)
I think this is the most realistic drawing/painting I have ever seen. The skin is amazing.
Kloxboy (Feb 20, 2008)
KGH: You need to see more art then. This is a good piece but it's not superior or even that interesting, imo. This is more of a reflection of another artists perspective (the original photographer), opposed to being a true, unique connection with the subject matter. The girl who painted this piece was more of a "spectator" than an artist, at least from what I knew about her. Some people think they can just dabble in anything, come and go as they please but in the end, they'll never truly gain anything from the expereince. True expression takes dedication, understanding and sacrifice, I don't see any of those qualities here.

The fact that it's from your head, it's pretty good. I like how it's smoother too, the highlights are the "highglight" of this piece.
nobody (Jan 31, 2007)
i dunno. i don't care if it's from my head or not. that's not an excuse for it to be better or worse than another. i still like the orange best. we shall see. green has promise.
davincipoppalag (Feb 1, 2007)
This is a good series youre crankin out... this one looks a bit worried..
fleeting_memory (Feb 1, 2007)

Well the anguish is still there!
Kloxboy (edited Jan 31, 2007)
If you want to be set free, listen to Hendrix.

Oh, forgot my comment: I like the slight tilt in the head, the expression and I like the red, red is always a good choice.
Sweetcell (Jan 31, 2007)
He certainly would get someone's attention. The teeth are what amaze me. Forming as they should at that angle.

maybe more on this later.

when they call you naiive, they just mean stupid. heart on your sleeve, they mean too sensitive. hearts resist change. expectations. hard truth.

Sadness and despair are self-perpetuating..if you live in the dark, you stay in the dark there's always some light somewhere if you look for it.
