Since you posted this on the advance board I'm going to be honest and more blunt than normal when I comment. The shading on the face is nice, it's a pretty good sense of skin tones, but that's really the best part that I'm seeing. I don't think that the ragged outlines suite the soft shading at all and they don't really compliment his form either. The highlights in the hair need to be completely redone in my opinion since they look way too quickly made. Normally you can tell what part someone spent the most time on and what they spent the least time on, and those highlights are by far the most rushed thing here. I think that problem is made more obvious just by them being so close to the shading on the face which looks like you spent much more time on. Personally I don't think this is will be finished until you put as much effort as you did on the face into everything else as well.
